ABOUT: In the spring of 2015 the Brown family rolled up their sleeves and got to work on building their dream…a regenerative bison ranch that they could raise their growing family on. Miles of old barbed wire was ripped out, massive amounts of brush was cut, grass was planted, miles of new fence and corrals were built and after years of blood, sweat and tears the old dairy farm centered around a beautiful band of glacial hills near Cadott, Wisconsin was transformed into a beautiful ranch where hundreds of bison now roam. Years of hard work by the Lautsbaugh family at Crescent Meats has went into coming up with just the right recipe for these with a stack of awards for the product to back them up.
