Tapped makes craft infused, barrel-aged, and pure maple syrup from sustainably managed forests in northern Wisconsin.
They cook their syrup from sap collected each season from the Solin family’s heritage sugarbush, near Neva, Wisconsin, at the base of the glacial moraine. They’ve been making rich, flavorful maple syrup in small batches for 5 generations. They also work with other neighboring maple syrup makers who share their values and passion for delicious syrup.
Enjoy this syrup over ice cream, in an adult snow-cone, on waffles, and in cocktails (or just as a little sip).
