The Sabbath Days
The Sabbath Days tells about Dabire K. Joseph, who is later given the name Tegawende, because he believed in God. One of his daughters is named Mugnan, which means “God Sees,” because he believes that it doesn’t matter how hard a situation is; we should always do the right thing because God is watching. The Sabbath Days reflects this struggle and all the unpleasant moments she had witnessed during the Sabbath days. This religious tale reminds us to be mindful of their actions for though God may be unseen, His eyes are always on His people.
