1) Add a pinch of wood chips into the grove, on top of the filter
2) Place tray on glass with the beverage of your choice
3) Use a torch lighter to burn the wood chips. The torch needs to be aimed down (regular lighters won’t have enough force to direct the smoke down)
4) leave smoke in glass for a moment to let infuse
5) remove tray and enjoy your smoked beverage!
